Daasign is a design agency in Rotterdam. We build websites and systems for companies that want their numbers to go up after launch, and they pay us premium rates for it. You work directly with the founder and you help decide what the design practice of this agency becomes.
You own discovery, conversion-driven design and the quality bar. Every project starts with your discovery session and ends with design that performs. Senior means something specific here: you can contradict a client and back it up. If your first instinct when a client asks for a video background is to say yes right away, or no right away, this isn't your role.
Design impactful digital solutions and high-converting websites that make companies grow.
Clear visual hierarchy, friction removed from flows, copy and design working together. No decorative choices without a purpose. You test and iterate on data: heatmaps, user testing, analytics. Design that doesn't perform gets revised, even if you like it.
A 60 to 90 minute session on business model, customer pain, success metrics and current blockers. The output is the yardstick every design decision gets measured against. Not a pixel gets pushed before this exists.
Figma annotations plus a Loom explaining why. The client, the PM and the developer can replay your reasoning without having to ask you.
Anything you build twice becomes a template. Reusable components, patterns and learnings get documented so the next project moves faster than the last.
