Daasign is a design agency in Rotterdam. We build websites and systems for companies that want their numbers to go up after launch, and they pay us premium rates for it. You work directly with the founder and you get a say in how we work; a lot here isn't locked down yet, and that's deliberate.
You own planning, scope, client communication and delivery. From kickoff to launch, the client always knows where the project stands, and internally everyone knows what's expected of them. Designers and developers do better work when someone guards the conditions they work in. That's you.
Deliver every project on time, on scope and up to the Daasign quality bar, so clients grow and come back.
At kickoff there's a project plan: milestones, deliverables, dependencies, a realistic timeline. The client signs off on it before design starts. "We'll figure it out as we go" doesn't exist here.
Kickoff call within 48 hours of signing. Every Friday an update: what shipped, what's in progress, what's blocked, what's next. A call at least every two weeks during active projects. The client should never have to ask "where are we?".
Small extras become change requests with a timeline and budget impact. You can say no without damaging the relationship, and you document what was agreed.
Files organized, specs clear, edge cases documented. A designer or developer knows within ten minutes what to do. Thirty days after launch you run the post-launch review with data and optimizations; that's where a project becomes a partnership.
