About Daasign

Daasign is a design agency in Rotterdam. We build websites and systems for companies that want their numbers to go up after launch. Small team, short lines, a lot of responsibility. That includes interns.

The role

A work placement or graduation internship from an MBO, HBO or WO program. You work on real client work under the founder's guidance. No coffee runs, no made-up practice projects: your work goes live, with a review before it goes out the door. What we expect back is simple. You ask questions, you act on feedback, and you hit your deadlines like everyone else on the team.

Learn conversion-driven design by delivering real client work that survives the review.

Outcomes

1. Your own piece of a project, start to finish

You get a defined piece of a client project: a page, a section of a design system, a redesign of a flow. You own it, with guidance at the moments that matter.

2. A weekly feedback loop that makes you visibly better

Every week we go through your work. You act on the feedback before the next session and you can explain what you changed and why.

3. A portfolio-worthy piece of work at the end

Live work for a real client, with your name on it and reasoning behind it you can use in a job application or graduation report.

Daily execution

• Slack check-in in the morning: what you're working on today. Ask questions when you have them; don't sit on uncertainty.
• Short end-of-day message: what I did, where I'm stuck.
• Weekly feedback session, plus the team meeting, which you simply take part in.

We don't expect senior level. We do expect the attitude everyone here is held to: clear communication, a structured way of working, empathy, ownership, positivity, no 9-to-5 mentality, a growth mindset, critical thinking and curiosity.
